NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids/proposals will be received by the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, Purchasing and Contracting Office, 5636 E. McDowell Rd., Building M5330 for furnishing the items and/or services listed below. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals or to waive any informalities in any bid/proposal.

 

Both construction and non-construction solicitations may also be picked up from the Purchasing and Contracting Office during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. --Monday – Friday). Responses to Invitations for Bids will be opened and pricing read aloud in the Purchasing and Contracting Office, 5636 E. McDowell Rd., Building M5330 according to the dates and times specified in the solicitation document. Responses to Requests for Proposals will also be opened according to the dates and times specified in the solicitation documents, however, only the names of the company responses will be read aloud.

 

Contracts for Invitation for Bids (IFBs) or Requests for Quotations (RFQ) will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive bidder meeting specifications.

 

Contracts for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer whose proposal has been deemed most advantageous in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP.
