OPEN SOLICITATIONS
Sealed bids, proposals, and quotations solicited by the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, Purchasing and Contracting Office, 5636 E. McDowell Rd., Building M5330 are listed in the State of Arizona's e-procurement system (ProcureAZ).
Solicitations conducted using ProcureAZ must be downloaded and responded to using ProcureAZ at the following url: http://spo.az.gov/Notices/default.asp
Any solicitation conducted outside of ProcureAZ may be picked up from the Purchasing and Contracting Office during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. -- Monday – Friday).
Responses to formal Invitations for Bids will be opened in ProcureAZ according to the dates and times specified in the ProcureAZ solicitation. Responses to Requests for Proposals will also be opened in ProcureAZ according to the dates and times specified in the ProcureAZ solicitation document, however, only the names of the company responses will given through ProcureAZ.
Contracts for Invitation for Bids (IFBs) or Requests for Quotations (RFQ) will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive bidder meeting specifications.
Contracts for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer whose proposal has been deemed most advantageous in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP.
NOTE: The Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs now posts all tabulations and contract awards/results for all its formal solicitations (Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposal, and Requests for Quotation) on the State of Arizona's e-procurement system (ProcureAZ).
