Bid Result and Contract Awards

The information on this web page contains solicitation tabulations (results) and award notices for invitations to bid (IFB's). If there is a bid tabulation available, it can be downloaded by clicking on the "Solicitation Tabulation" link for each solicitation. All bid tabulations are either in Excel or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. If the solicitation does not lend itself to a bid tabulation, the award information will be displayed.

The Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs will post a PRELIMINARY bid tabulation within 2-3 business days of the advertised bid opening date. The information on the PRELIMINARY bid tabulation will be posted as it was read and prepared during the bid opening. The State makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information contained in the the PRELIMINARY tabulation. Additionally, resultant contracts will be awarded according to the Arizona Procurement Code after all bids have been thoroughly reviewed by the responsible procurement officer. Bid tabulations will be posted on this website for approximately 30 days after the posting date.
